RESERVATION POLICIES
Basic rate policy
Basic rate is established up to 6 pax. Every extra person (including kids over 3 years old) are
charged with extra 50 euros per night. Total rent includes taxes and fees.
Cancellation policy
• Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.
• Full refund for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in date. Possible return cost of the deposit is borne by the customer.
• In case of cancelation after the 2 months prior to check in date or in case of no-show, the
guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation and booking confirmation times are based on the local time zone for Villa Artia.
Children policy
Children of any age supervised by an adult are welcomed. Babies and kids up to and including 2 years old that sleep in a baby cot, may stay free of charge.
Cot policy
One cot is available (free of charge, on request).
Cleaning policy
Outdoor cleaning once a week is included in the rental rates. Indoor cleaning is available with
extra charge, upon request.
Change of linen and towels
We provide fresh sheets and towels every 5 days. On request bedding and towels change is
possible (extra charge).
Breakfast
Please note that breakfast is not provided. If you wish, you can get it from the nearby snack bar.
Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed
Events policy: Events or parties are not allowed
Smoking policy: Smoking is not allowed inside Villa Artia
Accomodation policies
• Check-in: 14:00–20:00 Guests are required to present a valid form of identification upon check-in.
You’ll need to let the property know in advance what time you’ll arrive.
• Check-out: 08:00–12:00 For early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and will endeavor to assist you the best way possible.
• The pool has a maximum depth of 150cm and is used at your own responsibility. Children under 18, disabled persons and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times by an adult.
Please do not use sunscreen in the pool as it destroys the water balance.
• The playground is suitable for children aged 3-8 years. When using it, children must be supervised by an adult.
• You are kindly requested to close sun umbrellas and raise the awnings, when it is windy or during bad weather.
• Please, turn off the water heater switch after each use and the lights and air conditioners on your way out.
• Please, do not throw toilet papers or feminine products in the toilet.
• Make sure you have the keys with you when you leave the property for your day trips and lock the main door and all balcony doors when you leave.
• You are kindly requested to respect the common quiet hours:
During summer period : (April 1 – September 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00– 07:00.
During winter period : (October 1 – March 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30.
